This October, TracAssure™ will be on the show floor at The Global Produce & Floral Show, the International Fresh Produce Association’s (IFPA) flagship event, held October 14–16, 2026 in Orlando, Florida. Come find us in the FutureTech pavilion at Booth FT7.
The show runs on a new midweek schedule this year — three full days, Wednesday through Friday — bringing growers, packers, shippers, distributors, retailers, and foodservice buyers together from around the world. For a traceability company, there’s no better room to be in.
Why the produce floor, and why now
FSMA 204 and the FDA’s Food Traceability List land hardest on fresh produce. Leafy greens, fresh-cut fruits and vegetables, herbs, tomatoes, peppers, melons, and tropical fruits all sit on the list — and this past year made the stakes plain. A single Salmonella outbreak traced to jalapeños rippled downstream into pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa, and dozens of finished products; a Cyclospora outbreak in iceberg lettuce pulled an entire region’s supply off the market. In both, the operative question wasn’t what a compliance binder said. It was simpler: where did this product come from, and where did it go?
That’s the shift happening across the industry — from treating FSMA 204 as a records exercise to building the operational capability to answer that question in minutes. It’s exactly what we’ll be talking about in Orlando.
What we’ll be showing
Visit Booth FT7 for a live walkthrough of TracAssure, a traceability execution platform built for the realities of produce operations:
- Scan-first capture at receiving, transformation, and shipping — traceability recorded as the physical events happen, not reconstructed after a recall.
- Product lineage across warehouse events, including the relationship between received products, transformed or repacked pallets, and outbound shipments.
- Fast trace-back and trace-forward, with an electronic export designed to support FDA records requests.
- An operational layer that works alongside your existing WMS, ERP, or TMS, helping preserve lot-level identity without replacing the systems you already depend on.
“Produce is where FSMA 204 gets real, and it’s where operators feel the gap between what their inventory systems track and what a recall actually demands. We built TracAssure to close that gap at the point of work. We’re looking forward to showing the IFPA community how quickly you can go from an FDA notice to a confident answer.” — Sophany Kien, Cofounder and Head of Product
Who should come by
If you’re a 3PL, a produce distributor or DC, a packer, shipper, or importer handling foods on the Traceability List — and you need to answer an FDA records request within 24 hours — we’d like to meet you. Bring your hardest traceability scenario; that’s the one we most want to walk through.
